This machine is mainly divided into base, column, rocker arm, grinding head, work turntable, shell, circulating water tank, electric control box and other parts. The base is used to support the installation of column, worktable, shell and other parts. The rocker arm can move up and down on the column guide bar through the screw driver, and it can swing to the left and right. A steering wheel which can be adjusted before and after can be used to control the swing amplitude of the rocker arm, and the rear part has an elastic top tightening device, so that the guide wheel is close to the bracket of the workpiece. The grinding wheel and motor are installed on the left side of the rocker arm. The lifting screw on the right side of the rocker arm is used to control the grinding feed.
The worktable is composed of turntable, reducer, transmission and bracket. The rotation speed is adjustable to adapt to the linear rotation speed of the workpiece. The bracket is used to support the workpiece to be ground. The bracket with different shapes should be made to avoid irregular grinding width. The outer ring of the bracket is also the contact track of the guide wheel of the grinding head and should be kept smooth. This machine is not attached with bracket, fixture and other accessories. If the user needs to provide the finished product of grinding basin, the fixture shall be designed according to the finished product.)
The main function of the shell is to prevent the water droplets and debris from splashing to the equipment and recover them. This machine is specially equipped with circulating water tank to recycle the grinding cooling water after precipitation, which is energy saving and environmental protection.
The electric control box is the control part of the operation and stop of the worktable and grinding wheel. Built in leakage overload protection device to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
