Our Advantages

1. The operation is simple, and the running state of forward and reverse rotation can be switched.
2. It adopts Siemens or Omron frequency conversion control to realize segmented speed regulation. It can preset 8 operating speeds and run according to the set process time, which improves grinding efficiency, saves energy consumption and reduces costs.
3. Equipped with a timer, it will automatically stop running when the set time is reached. A variety of formulas can be pre-stored in the parameters (that is, the operating speed and time period parameters). Switch arbitrarily when changing the process plan.
4. High security, with emergency stop button and safety lock control.
5. The auxiliary motor of the large ball mill is helpful for the precise positioning of the grinding mouth and the effective mixing of the material, water and grinding body after feeding. The main motor and the auxiliary motor have an interlocking function, that is, the auxiliary motor is started, and the main motor is not allowed to start.
6. The cylinder adopts submerged arc welding with large melting depth and high welding seam quality. Both ends of the shaft are heat treated to eliminate internal stress. The two ends of the shaft are processed synchronously to ensure the coaxiality of the ball mill.
