This magnetic separator is an important auto iron removal equipment in ceramic production. After the ceramic slip passes through the magnetic separation of the machine, the iron, diamond, nickel and other metal powders and their oxides contained in the slip can be removed, and the black melting spots and molten holes in the ceramic products can be eliminated.
1. Inside of the magnetic machine, the water pipe is only a same pipe, that mean, the water go into from the inlet, and will go out from the outlet. So if you want to use the water cycle, you can put out water to the big pool(3-5m3/per pool). If you cannot cycle use the water, you can put out the water to drainage channel.
2. The machine should put a higher location than slip pool, because the return slip will return to pool automatically.
This machine supplies DC excitation power by silicon filter control box. After connecting electric, the corrugated filter in working chamber will be magnetized, the slip will be enter into the filter from bottom to up, use pump or hi-level tank can make the slip continue to supply from bottom to up. The filler after magnetized will absorb the iron or others metal material. After working several times, the filter will full of iron, the slip can discharging to pool or others tank, then connecting water pump, close magnetic, use water to clean the iron on the surface of filter, discharging iron to outside. The working time should be confirmed according to actual slip iron contents.
This machine use micro-computer control and adjust every section working time by display to realize the full automatic control, no need manual operation.
