This zero weight pneumatic is used to load the heavy green base and disloading the heavy green base and glazed base in producing line to save the labor strength.

A moderate force is applied to the arm rod by the cylinder to make the arm rod in a suspended state, and adjusts the balance point of the cylinder, to make the operator lift goods below 60Kg for three-dimensional transferring movement by giving a very small force.

Work flow

Move the handle to align the fixture to the work piece and press the "clamp" button;
After clamping the work piece, press the "load" button to adjust the load pressure (you can lift the work piece slightly);
After moving the work piece to the target place, gently put it down and press the "No Load" button;
After the work piece is stable, press the "Release" button;
Remove the handle and continue to the next work piece.
When not in use, be sure to be in the "no-load" state, press the handle to the lowest position, and open the "brake" knob.
