Machine structure

This equipment is composed of a base (cast iron), a lower heavy bob, a motor (brand: Ouli), a spring, a vibrating body, an upper heavy bob, a lower frame, a net frame, and an upper frame. The part in contact with the material is made by 304 stainless steel.

Working principle
Relying on the eccentric heavy bobs at the upper and lower ends of the vertical vibrating motor shaft, eccentric force is generated after operation. This eccentric force can simultaneously decompose three forces (ie: horizontal force, vertical force and tilt force). At the same time, it is transmitted to the screen surface, so that the material makes regular movement on the screen surface, which is the screening process.
