As a new type of toilet body casting equipment, the rim and toilet bowl stick spagless casting machine can cast the body and rim separately according to the client's production process. It has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient operation, small floor area, high efficiency, convenient maintenance and low labor intensity.
This machine is mainly divided into main frame part, lifting transmission part, body lifting frame part, rim lifting frame part, hook connecting rod part, body casting frame part, rim casting frame part, micro pressure pipeline system, compressed air and end control system, slip pipeline system and turning block.
The main frame:
The main frame is composed of supporting column, cross beam, longitudinal beam, guiding column and strengthening support, which is the lifting mechanism of the machine.
The supporting part of the main body and the guide columns at both ends control the accurate lifting trajectory of the lifting frame.
The lifting transmission part
The lifting transmission part is composed of reducer, reducer mounting frame, sprocket chain, transmission shaft, transmission shaft suspension seat, coupling, lifting chain and U-shaped bolt. The transmission shaft suspension seat and lifting chain are respectively installed at the relevant position of the lower plane of the frame beam with U-shaped bolt. This part is divided into two groups, which are used for lifting transmission of body lifting frame and rim lifting frame respectively.
The body lifting frame
The body lifting frame is composed of beam frame, hanger, end guide wheel group, middle guide wheel group, mould hanging formwork, upper hanging formwork, lower hanging formwork and model pressing air belt, which is used for the installation, lifting, opening and closing action of body model upper formwork.
The rim lifting frame
The rim lifting frame is composed of beam frame, hanger, telescopic end guide wheel group, middle guide positioning device, hanging formwork hanging plate, hanging formwork, hanging formwork and model pressing air belt, which is used for the installation, lifting, opening and closing of the rim model upper formwork.
The hook connecting rod part
The hook connecting rod part is composed of cylinder, connecting rod, crank arm, hook upper seat, hook, hook lower seat, positioning handle, interlock travel switch, etc. it is used to hook the lifting frame and casting frame after the upper model is closed, and before the air belt is inflated. The function of interlock travel switch is to detect whether the hook is disengaged, and control the lifting frame not to lift when it is not disengaged, so as to prevent damage to the parts. This part is divided into two groups, one for body casting and one for rim casting, and that one for rim casting has not positioning handle.
The body casting frame
The body casting frame is composed of frame, outrigger, connecting plate, rear top frame, top tightening plate, main supporting die trolley and pneumatic top tightening car, which is used for the installation and operation process of main die of body model.
The rim casting frame
The rim casting frame is composed of frame, support, overturning cylinder, cylinder top seat, overturning limit rod, model supporting and positioning device, model supporting and positioning card board and cylinder gas supply pipeline, which is used for the installation, positioning, overturning and tilting of the rim model.
The micro pressure pipeline system
The micro pressure pipeline system is composed of air source fan, fan mounting support, fan pressure regulating valve, pressure gauge, main gas supply pipeline, micro pressure air distribution hose and mounting bracket, which is used for micro pressure consolidation after slurry discharging inside the green body. The system is divided into two groups, one for body casting and one for rim casting.
The compressed air and end control system
The compressed air and end control system is composed of electrical control box, air source control valve, air filter, air pressure reducing valve, air control solenoid valve, control bracket and compressed air main pipe, air distribution branch pipe, etc. it is used for lifting control of lifting frame, engagement and disengagement control of hook connecting rod, inflation and exhaust control of compressed air belt, and expansion control of guide cylinder. The system is divided into two groups, one for body casting and one for rim casting.
The slurry pipeline system
The slurry pipeline system consists of slurry inlet pipeline, automatic slurry supply valve, liquid level control device, main grouting pipeline, grouting valve, grouting branch hose, slurry return pipeline and slurry return diaphragm pump. It is used for casting and residual slurry playback process. The system is divided into two groups, which are used for body casting and rim casting respectively.
The over turning block
The over turning block is composed of main track, block upper frame, lifting link, lifting cylinder, block lower frame, sliding frame and die hook. The body of toilet rim is overturned and transported, and the body and rim are combined and bonded according to the user's production process.

(1) High automation
The one piece hydraulic sling lift casting line is equipped with an electric control box, which can set the feeding parameters, and automatically complete the grouting, discharging, micro pressure and other operations, with a high degree of automation.
Few operators needed, lowers the working intensity and saves cost.
(2) After slip feeding, the hydraulic lifting system is used to open and close the bottom mold of the gypsum model, and the over-turning car is used to start the turning operation. Each line only needs two people to operate, which reduces the number of molding operators, reduces the labor intensity, and reduces the production cost of the product.
