Working principle
1. Mixing: The mixing system of this machine is automatically controlled by the electric control cabinet. After the motor Y90L-6 is started, it will be decelerated in two stages by the triangular belt, and the power will be transmitted to the stirring shaft. The lower part of the stirring shaft is hinged with the movable stirring blade to realize the stirring of gypsum slurry. In order to prevent material contamination, the stirring shaft and blades are made of stainless steel.
2. Vacuum suction: The vacuum suction of this machine is realized by a direct-connected rotary vane vacuum pump. The vacuum pump is automatically controlled by the start button and the electric contact vacuum gauge. In the initial state, the start button starts the vacuum pump, and the gas in the mixing tank is sucked out by the vacuum pump, so that negative pressure is formed in the tank. The vacuum degree in the tank is displayed and controlled by the electric contact vacuum gauge. When the specified upper limit is reached, the vacuum pump will automatically stop running. There is a filter and a one-way valve between the vacuum pump and the mixing barrel. The function of the filter is to prevent impurities from entering the vacuum pump, and the one-way valve is to prevent the air from returning when the vacuum pump stops working.
3. Electric control box: The circuit control is shown in Figure 2. In the initial state, press the start button, the vacuum pump and the stirring motor start, and the digital display time relay works; when the vacuum reaches the upper limit (controlled by the electric contact vacuum gauge), the vacuum pump stops; when the vacuum drops to the lower limit, the vacuum pump starts again , And so on repeatedly, when the set mixing time is reached, the whole machine automatically stops working.
