Product use
Used for mixing ceramic slip material, so that the slip stored in the pool can always maintain a uniform density without precipitation.
As a deliquescence of one or more ceramic slip material, it is used to prepare by stirring, and to make the prepared slip always maintain uniform density.
Main structure
The mixer includes the motor, propeller and its supporting parts, frame and other parts.
After the motor is decelerated by a set of V-belt pulleys, the propeller shaft is driven to make the propeller blades rotate and stir in the slip pool. The motor, the propeller and its supporting parts are all installed on the frame. Moving motor support frame to adjust the tension of the V-belt. The frame is fixed on the edge of the slip pool with four anchor bolts.
The propeller shaft is supported by a two-way thrust ball bearing and two radial bearings in the upper part of the supporting seat (see Figure 2), and the lower part extends into the agitating pool. The end of the shaft is equipped with a propeller and is fastened by a gland. All are made of anticorrosive materials. In order to prevent the corrosion of the propeller shaft, the outer surface of the shaft can be galvanized or made of stainless steel according to different requirements of users.
