(1) High automation
The one piece hydraulic lift casting line is equipped with an electric control box, which can set the feeding parameters, and automatically complete the grouting, discharging, micro pressure and other operations, with a high degree of automation.
Few operators needed, lowers the working intensity and saves cost.
After slip feeding, the hydraulic lifting system is used to open and close the bottom mold of the gypsum model, and the over-turning car is used to start the turning operation.
