Working principle
In the driving part, the holding bracket and green body are moved by a speed reducer and a driving chain, so that the holding bracket circulates around an annular track, the holding bracket can be cleaned in a cleaning cabinet, and then the piece is loaded and unloaded to complete a glazing cycle.
In the glazing dust removal part, glaze slurry is sprayed onto the surface of the green body with a spray gun, and some glaze slurry particles float in the cabinet. Under the action of strong air suction of centrifugal fan, air containing glaze slurry particles enters the water curtain dust remover. Using the self-excitation principle, the water curtain is impacted under the action of airflow, which arouses a large amount of water spray to form a water curtain, absorbs small particles of glaze slurry, and eliminates purified air to achieve green environmental protection.

Producing technology process

1.The repaired green bases(product 3) are put in storage frame and waiting for glazing by manual and positing by cross cursor;
2.When finish the glazing of green base product 1, the rotary table will turn to outside, product 2 rotary table will turn inside for glazing;
3.The transport robot will take product 3 to product 1 position, at same time, robot take glazed base product 1 by another end fork;
4.The transport robot clean rotary table automatically;
5.The transport robot put product 3 in the rotary table and waiting the product 2 glazing finished;
6.Robot take product 1 and wipe the bottom of product, after wiping, the robot will put the product 1 on the conveyer line of glazed base. In the conveyer line, another wipe machine will wipe un-cleaned parts of glazed base product 1;
7.Product 1 will go to next step, checking by manual, stick label, scan and so on, then discharging from storage line.
