1. High grinding efficiency: The 5-20T ball mill can be selected with frequency conversion speed regulation, and 8 operating speeds can be preset according to the process requirements, which improves the grinding efficiency, saves 20% of energy consumption and reduces costs. Various formulas can be pre-stored in the parameters, which can be switched at will according to the process during the production process;
2. Compact structure, simple operation (forward and reverse running state can be switched);
3. The large ball mill is equipped with an auxiliary motor, which helps to accurately position the grinding mouth and effectively mix the material, water and grinding body. The main motor and auxiliary motor have an interlock function;
4. Set emergency stop button and safety lock control, high safety;
5. The cylinder adopts submerged arc welding, which has large melting depth and high weld quality. Both ends of the shaft are heat treated to eliminate internal stress. Both ends of the shaft are processed simultaneously to ensure the coaxiality of the ball mill.
