The structure and principle of plunger slip pump: The plunger slip pump adopts hydraulic transmission method. The overall structure is composed of an electric box part, an oil tank part, a power cylinder and a ceramic plunger.
The ceramic plunger slip pump is composed of cylinder block, porcelain plunger, sealing packing, inlet and outlet slip valve, air regulator tank and other components.
The power oil cylinder and the plunger pump are connected into a whole through the guide rod, the piston rod and the beam. The main engine part includes the reversing fame, the one-way stroke valve (supply valve) and the iron striker in the hydraulic transmission system.
The oil tank of the plunger slip pump is composed of oil tank, oil pump, integrated block and other parts. The electrical box is attached to the oil tank. The hydraulic oil circle has a cooler on it to cool the oil temperature by water.
