As a new type of one piece water closet toilet body battery casting forming bench and equipment, the rim and toilet bowl stick machine can cast the body and rim separately according to the client's production process. It has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient operation, small floor area, high efficiency, convenient maintenance and low labor intensity.
The plaster working mold with spagless technology can cast 3-5 times per day. Its average capacity is 3 times than traditional battery casting bench.
The casting bench can produce 20-30sets one piece toilet to save the labour cost.
This sanitary ware toilet battery casting bench is mainly composed of main frame part, circle main line part, body main line part, circle line up lifting part, circle line down lifting part, body line lifting part, micro pressure pipeline system, lighting system, air supply system, compressed air system, end control system, mud pipeline system, green body conveying auxiliary line part and electric lifting system.
1. Main frame part: it is composed of supporting column, cross beam, longitudinal beam, guiding column and strengthening support. It is the main supporting part of the lifting mechanism of the machine. The guiding column at both ends controls the accurate lifting trajectory of the lifting frame.
2. The main part of the loop: it is composed of frame, outrigger, buffer air belt and guide system of water tank core lifting frame, which is used for the installation and positioning of the main mold of the loop model and the lifting guide of the water tank core lifting frame.
3. The main line of the body: it is composed of frame, outrigger, rear top frame, top tightening plate, main and auxiliary mould supporting trolley and pneumatic top tightening trolley, which is used for the installation and tightening of the main mould of the body model.
4. Loop line lifting part: it is composed of upper lifting frame, loop line lifting track, loop line lifting rod, loop line lifting cylinder, lifting guide, loop line lifting chain, etc., which is used for the installation of loop model upper mold, lifting opening and closing action.
5. Loop line lifting part: it is composed of water tank core lifting frame, water tank core lifting track, water tank core lifting rod, water tank core lifting cylinder, water tank core lifting chain, etc., which is used for the installation of water tank core of loop model, lifting opening and closing action.
6. Body line lifting part: it is composed of upper lifting frame, body line lifting rail, body line lifting rod, body line lifting cylinder, lifting guide, body line lifting chain, etc. it is used for the installation of body model upper mold, lifting opening and closing action.
7. Micro pressure pipeline system: it is composed of air source fan, fan mounting support, pressure gauge, air supply main pipeline, micro pressure air distribution hose and mounting bracket, etc., which is used for micro pressure consolidation after slurry discharging inside the green body. The system is divided into two groups, one for body forming and one for ring forming.
8. Lighting system: it is composed of LED lighting and light frame, which is used for lighting in the operation area of the whole set of equipment;
9. Air supply system: it is composed of 500 wall mounted moisture-proof and high temperature resistant industrial fan and fan frame. The fan is equipped with a governor to adjust the fan speed, which is mainly used for drying the mold after de-moulding;
10. Compressed air system: it is composed of sub cylinder, de-moulding drainage pipeline under the body line, de-moulding drainage pipeline on the body line, model drainage pipeline on the circle line, middle model drainage pipeline on the circle line, de-moulding drainage pipeline under the circle line, air source filter, air source pressure regulating valve of each pipeline, air source control valve of each pipeline and control valve of each branch. It is mainly used for mold de-moulding and drainage;
11. End control system: composed of control cabinet, electrical control mechanism, gas control mechanism, external master switch, operation button, indicator light and corresponding instruments. It is used to control the operation of integral molding line;
12. Slurry pipeline system: it is composed of slurry inlet pipeline, automatic slurry supply valve, liquid level control device, main grouting pipeline, grouting valve, grouting branch hose, slurry return pipeline and slurry return diaphragm pump. It is used for grouting forming and residual slurry playback process. The system is divided into two groups, which are used for body forming and ring forming respectively;
13. Green body conveying auxiliary line: it is composed of three-layer single speed power line, hoists at both ends of the conveying line, jacking rail car and green body transfer car, mainly used for storage, transfer and initial drying of green body;
14. Electric lifting system: it is composed of KBK-II track and electric hoist, mainly used for green body bonding hoisting and green body storage hoisting.

(1) High automation
The one piece hydraulic sling lift casting line is equipped with an electric control box, which can set the feeding parameters, and automatically complete the grouting, discharging, micro pressure and other operations, with a high degree of automation.
Few operators needed, lowers the working intensity and saves cost.
(2) After slip feeding, the hydraulic lifting system is used to open and close the bottom mold of the gypsum model, and the over-turning car is used to start the turning operation. Each line only needs two people to operate, which reduces the number of molding operators, reduces the labor intensity, and reduces the production cost of the product.
