Indirect gas hot blast heater uses gas (liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas and city coal gas) as fuel, absorbs the flame of the burner through heat exchange fins, and transmits heat energy to special industrial furnaces using heat equipment through high-heat stainless steel fins.
It is especially suitable for the drying of large-scale green bodies in the ceramic industry and has been adopted by many ceramic industry manufacturers.

Products characteristics
1)High efficiency
Using high-efficiency burner, high thermal efficiency, because the burner uses the flame to heat the stainless steel fins to perform heat exchange, structurally speaking, the thermal efficiency is slightly weaker than that of the direct hot blast heater

Burner regulating ratio can be as high as 40:1 or 80:1 (optional kit), A heat-resistant glass observation window is installed on the burner shell to facilitate the operator to observe the flame status, integrated design, simple installation and convenient operation.
3)Easy to maintain
All parts of the burner, including the combustion head, can be individually disassembled and replaced without disassembling the whole machine. The combustion head, ignition electrode and flame detection electrode can be adjusted and disassembled and replaced at the panel of the burner enclosure.

Because the burner flame is aimed at the stainless steel fins in the cavity, and the burned gas is exhausted to the outdoors through the exhaust port
