1. Grinding
The motor transmits the power to the grinding wheel through the coupling to make it rotate at a high speed. The movement of the grinding wheel adopts a structure in which two rocker arms are hinged in the middle, and the other rocker arm swings along the vertical axis, so that the grinding wheel can achieve a universal effect, thereby grinding any position of the work-piece.
2. Workbench lift
The lifting of the worktable is realized manually or electrically. Move the switch handle on the front of the machine to the electric position, and the control button can be used to operate the lifting of the worktable. When the worktable is moved to the upper (or lower) stroke near the end, the stroke switch will automatically Cut off the power supply. Move the handle to the manual position, you can turn the hand-wheel by hand to realize the lifting of the worktable. 3. Water cooling
The cooling system of this machine is composed of a water storage tank and a circulating water pump. First, fill the water storage tank with cooling water, press the water pump start button, the water pump sends the water in the water storage tank to the head of the grinding wheel, overflows in the tangential direction of the grinding wheel, and flows into the inner water tank together with the grinding porcelain chips, and is collected by the inner water tank, the water flows into the water storage tank through outlet pipe on the left side of the machine. After grading and sedimentation in the water storage tank, the water flows into the pump pool and is pumped to the grinding wheel, so that the cooling water is recycled.
