Finished sanitary ware packaging and testing inspection conveyor line is a set of automatic intelligent visual identity inspection system which integrates firing products unloading, logistics transportation, product image classification, appearance inspection, water flush test and leakage test, soaked into water test and so on. The finished sanitary ware inspection package conveyor line can reduce the damage rate of products and replace the transportation of billet car, thus reducing the floor area. 1. After the graded inspection is completed, the product is transported onto the pallet located in pallet-return elevator, each pallet contains the RFIK chip. The detection system at the pallet-return elevator position reads the product information and then transports the product to the separate inspection conveyor line.
2. After the product and pallet are aligned and positioned at the alignment station before passing through the leakage inspection machine (both the pallet and the product need to be aligned in the width direction of the conveyor line), the leakage inspection machine is implemented for the two products together to stop the product and do leakage test. After the inspection is completed, mark the unqualified product and mark it on the chip (when the information read by the system is the unqualified product, the following station does not test the product), if the product is qualified, transport The line stopper falls and the product is released.
3. In the same way, when all inspection procedures are completed (manually controlled by the position stopper of the manual water flush tester), the product is manually transported from the pallet-return elevator to the re-inspection station to re-inspect the product.
4. After the re-inspection is completed, manually use the elevator to pack the box. After the box is packed, the product is automatically sealed.
