The firing tunnel kiln mainly is used in sanitary ware plants producing and firing especially for big toilet, basin and others ceramic products. Its length can be from 60-120m, width can be 2m-4m, and capacity can be 300,000-1,200,000 pcs.
Since the tunnel kiln is a long equipment and the product is installed in the kiln car on the track, the foundation is required to have a high bearing capacity. In particular, the soil must be uniform in the length scope of the kiln because the tunnel kiln is not allowed to have unevenness subsidence and deformation, otherwise it will seriously affect the normal operation of the kiln car and the service life of the kiln.
