The finished sanitary ware inspection package conveyor line can reduce the damage rate of products and replace the transportation of billet car, thus reducing the floor area. The matching conveying system can be equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation device to avoid the mismatch of process rhythm due to the difference of workers' proficiency and operation time between each process. The whole set of control system has the function of remote control and fault reading; the core components of the equipment all adopt the first-line brands at home and abroad: the PLC control system adopts the German SIEMENS brand, OMRON photoelectric switch, proximity switch, image recognition system, Schneider travel switch, YADEKE stopper, so as to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
At the same time, the company pays attention to the industrial design of the equipment appearance, and the paint color matching can catch up with and surpass the international brands. In order to improve the corrosion resistance of the equipment, the single machine of the equipment is coated with marine fluorocarbon paint, which ensures that it will not fall off in the environment of high temperature and high humidity for 10 years.
