The machine includes the following parts:
Tank Body:

The slurry tank body consist of sealing head, tank body and flanges, glass fiber is used for anti-corrosion inside the tank. The inspecting hole is located on the side of the tank, as well as pressure gauge, safety valve, overflow pipe, radar level probe and the connection pipes to the pressure air.
Heating System:
The heating system consist of the S.S spiral pipe.
Mixing System:
The mixing system consist of the reducer, the base of reducer, a bearing base, a connecting shaft, a mixing shaft, a mechanical seal, a mixing
blade and a bottom fixing base.
Controlling System:
The control system is composed of a cabin, control mechanism, general switch, operation buttons, indicator lights and corresponding instruments.

Working principle

How it works:
(1) Slurry Mixing:
The power is directly transmitted to the mixing blade through the coupling and the transmission shaft. The rotation of the mixing blade takes the slurry in the tank to continuously rotate and tumble.
(2) Slurry Heating:
A spiral water pipe is set inside the tank, and the external hot water circulates through the water pipe to heat the slurry
(3) Vacuum Pipeline Inside the tank
The vacuum pipelines are used for removing the bubbles in the slurry and improving the pass rate.
(4) Slurry Serving:
The slurry serving tank with the pipeline to the pressure air, which could use to deliver the slurry to the casting machine.
