This machine is suitable for resin mold manufacturing process in ceramic industry and resin mixing in other industries.
Main structure
This mixer includes a main frame, a lifting frame, a mixing group, a turntable, and a mixing barrel.
1. The stirring drive is a crank and rocker structure. The manual stepless speed reducer fixed on the lifting frame drives the crank wheel to rotate. The rocker is driven by the connecting rod, and the stirring shaft is connected with the rocker to make the stirring blade cyclically swing.
2. The lower part of the lifting frame is connected with a manual jack, and the lifting frame is driven by the jack to move up and down in a special guide rail to drive the mixing shaft to rise and fall.
3. The turntable is connected with the manual stepless speed reducer fixed on the main frame. A water tank is placed on the turntable, and the mixing bucket is placed inside the water tank. The speed reducer drives the mixing bucket to rotate.
4. The mixing adopts double-layer mixing blades. In order to prevent corrosion, the mixing shaft and mixing blades are made of stainless steel.
